These panels are close-up photographs I took of portions of Wolfgang Paalen's Espace Libre hanging in the Belvedere in Vienna, Austria.
Paalen painted this in 1941, before Soul Motion was born and for me, it beautifully captures the movement and spirals and spaciousness and freedom of Soul Motion.
